All data for U.S. users is securely stored in AWS data centers located in the United States.

  • Support historical recovery efforts

  • Meet legal or regulatory obligations

Users may request deletion or anonymization of their data at any time, subject to any legal requirements.

Such data is collected only with the consent of an adult and is used strictly to help locate and protect the child.
We never allow children to create their own accounts or submit information directly through the App.


10. Consent for Sensitive Information

By voluntarily uploading photographs or personal details of an individual (such as a missing person), you explicitly consent to the use of that information for the purposes described in this Policy.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. Upon withdrawal, Rapid Alert USA will remove publicly shared data unless retention is legally required for safety or law enforcement purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The most recent version will always be available on our website with the effective date shown at the top.
